f Pepper has fallen, please follow these steps :

1. Push the Stop Button
2. Unplug the charger from the robot if connected
3. Insert the Pins to unlock the joints. 
4. Lift Pepper and put it in the Safe Posture. 
5. Remove the Pins and store them
6. Do a visual check to see if something is broken.
7. If nothing looks broken, unlock the Stop Button and try to turn it ON.
8. If it doesn’t work, or if you see it is broken, please contact our support.

Do not try to repair Pepper yourself, you could do more damage and void your warranty.
